Apple has scheduled its next major hardware launch event for September 9, bringing the focus back to its annual iPhone refresh. The event will be held at the Steve Jobs Theatre in Apple Park, Cupertino.

Apple has not revealed its full launch lineup, but the iPhone 18 Pro series and Apple's first foldable are expected to be the stars of the show. The company could also announce new Apple Watch and AirPods models, along with release details for its latest software updates.

iPhone 18 Series

Expected Price Hikes

Apple could raise iPhone prices this year, with the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max reportedly facing a $100 increase in the US. Both models are expected to start at $1,199, around Rs. 1.15 lakh, which would be roughly 9 percent higher than the iPhone 17 Pro.

In India, the iPhone 18 Pro could reportedly cost around Rs. 10,000 more than its predecessor. Rising DRAM and NAND storage costs are believed to be among the reasons behind the hike. Reports also suggest the iPhone 17, iPhone Air and iPhone 17e could become more expensive, although Apple has not confirmed any price changes.
