Apple Expects Strong Sales as Suppliers Gear Up to Stock iPhone 15 in July
Anticipation rises as Apple gears up for the production of the highly awaited iPhone 15. According to recent reports from the Chinese website IT Home, the Apple supply chain is making preparations to manufacture iPhone 15 components. Mass production is slated to start in late June, with the first batch of products expected to be available by July.
Ensuring Ample Stock Availability
Apple, learning from the delays experienced with the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max last year, is taking proactive measures to ensure ample stock availability. The company has reportedly placed an order for iPhone 15 units, aiming to avoid any shortages and meet the high demand expected for the new models.

Great Expectations for iPhone 15 Sales
Apple holds great expectations for the upcoming iPhone 15 series, with the company anticipating better sales compared to the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14. In fact, Apple aims to ship a staggering 89 million units of the iPhone 15 this year, surpassing the 78 million units sold during the same period last year for the iPhone 14.
Key Manufacturing Partners
The production of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro will be handled by key manufacturing partners including Foxconn, Pegatron, and Luxshare. Among these, Foxconn will receive the majority of orders, accounting for 60 percent of the production.
Enhanced Features and Potential Advancements
Rumors surrounding the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max suggest some exciting enhancements. It is speculated that these models will be equipped with a new 3nm chip, potentially offering improved performance and energy efficiency.
Additionally, there are indications of a titanium frame for added durability. The highest-tier model may even feature a periscope telephoto camera, enabling impressive 5-6x optical zoom capabilities.
Inheritance from iPhone 14 Pro
As for the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus, they are expected to inherit some features from the iPhone 14 Pro, including the 48MP main camera, dynamic island, and A16 Bionic chip. However, it is likely that they will retain 60Hz displays (which is a huge bummer), potentially distinguishing them from their Pro counterparts.
Potential New Features
There are also speculations of new features being introduced, such as a programmable Action button and the incorporation of a USB-C port. Apple has a history of unveiling its new iPhone models in September, and it is anticipated that the iPhone 15 lineup will follow suit.
