The iQOO 12 series is launching later today. The line-up is expected to include the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro. The iQOO 12 series will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, following the Xiaomi 14 series.
iQOO has already teased several aspects of its upcoming 12 series. The official website has confirmed nearly all the details about the iQOO 12 series, excluding its price.

iQOO 12 Series Launch, Livestream
The iQOO 12 series is launching in China later today at 19:00 local time or 16:30 IST. The official iQOO 12 series launch will be streamed on Chinese social media platform Weibo and on the official website.
The company has also confirmed the iQOO 12 5G launch date in India is set for December 12. It will debut as the first smartphone to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset in India.
iQOO 12 Series Specifications
The iQOO 12 series will also be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. While battery capacity is yet to be confirmed, rumors suggest the iQOO 12 Pro will pack a 5,100 mAh battery, although the brand has revealed that the phone would support 120W fast charging.
Additionally, the iQOO 12 series will also use a dedicated Q1 e-sports chip that is engineered to boost gaming performance. iQOO has also increased the size of the vapor chamber by 40%. The iQOO 12 series will also come with an improved speaker system with Hi-Res Audio support. It also features an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The iQOO 12 Pro will also sport a 2K Samsung E7 AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. iQOO also confirmed key camera specs of the 12 series. The iQOO 12 series will feature a 50 MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera sensor and a 64 MP telephoto-periscope lens. The website does note that the main camera will feature a 1/1.3-inch sensor size.
