iQOO 15 and Neo 11 Series Tipped to Launch in Late 2025 With Big Battery and Display Upgrades
iQOO is gearing up for its next big smartphone launches, and if recent leaks are accurate, the iQOO 15 and iQOO Neo 11 series will bring some significant upgrades.
The latest tip, coming from Weibo tipster Smart Pikachu, suggests that both series will feature 2K resolution displays, ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanners, and massive 7,000mAh batteries—a step up from their predecessors.

iQOO 15 Series: Flagship Specs With a Bigger Battery
According to the leak, the iQOO 15 series will consist of two models—the iQOO 15 and iQOO 15 Pro. Both are expected to come with 2K OLED displays featuring an anti-reflective (AR) coating for better visibility in bright conditions. The Pro model could feature a 6.85-inch LTPO panel, likely sourced from Samsung Display, ensuring smooth refresh rates and better power efficiency.
Performance-wise, the series is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, which is set to launch in October 2025. iQOO might also skip the “iQOO 14” branding due to cultural reasons.
One of the biggest upgrades could be in battery life. The iQOO 15 Pro is tipped to pack a 7,000mAh battery, a significant jump from the 6,000mAh cell in the iQOO 13. The camera setup may include a periscope zoom lens, bringing better telephoto capabilities to iQOO’s flagship lineup.
iQOO Neo 11 Series: Display and Charging Improvements
The iQOO Neo 11 series is also expected to get a 2K display, an upgrade over the 1.5K resolution screen on the Neo 10 lineup. The leak also suggests that both the Neo 11 and Neo 11 Pro will feature ultrasonic fingerprint sensors.

Battery life is another area of improvement, with the Neo 11 series also rumored to pack a 7,000mAh battery. Fast charging support is expected to remain strong, with the lineup possibly featuring 100W fast charging.
Under the hood, the Neo 11 could run on Snapdragon 8 Elite, while the Neo 11 Pro might be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset.
Expected Launch
The iQOO 13 launched in October 2024, followed by the Neo 10 series in November. If iQOO sticks to this pattern, the iQOO 15 and Neo 11 series could launch in late 2025, likely around the same timeframe.
