Motorola Razr 40 Series Pricing
The Motorola Razr 40 price starts from €799 (roughly Rs 72,050), while the Razr 40 Ultra price was set at €1,199 (roughly Rs 1,08,100). The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is offered in Fengya Black, Ice Crystal Blue, and Magenta shades, while the vanilla Razr 40 comes in Azure Gray, Cherry Powder, and Bright Moon White colours.
The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will compete against the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Oppo Find N2 Flip as well as the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 5 in India. On the other hand, the vanilla Motorola Razr 40 will offer a more affordable approach to the Flip smartphone form factor.

The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra sports 6.9-inch FHD+ pOLED display with 1,400 nits of peak brightness and HDR10+ support. The panel boasts a 165Hz refresh rate. The Moto Razr 40 Ultra features the largest cover display on a flip smartphone. It sports a 3.6-inch pOLED with a 144Hz refresh rate.
The Moto Razr 40 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The handset runs on Android 13 out of the box with the MyUX skin. The Razr 40 Ultra packs a 3,800 mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging and 5W wireless charging.
For optics, the Razr 40 Ultra gets a dual-camera setup with a 12 MP primary camera sensor with OIS and a secondary 13 MP ultrawide unit that doubles as a macro lens. On the front, there's a 32 MP selfie camera. Motorola's clamshell foldable phone features dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos.
