Nothing Phone (2) launch confirmed for Summer 2023: Teaser reveals Premium moniker
Nothing already confirmed the launch of its second smartphone soon. Additionally, we also know that the next Nothing smartphone will be a premium offering as compared to its predecessor. And now, we have an official teaser revealing the Nothing Phone 2 launch timeline.
According to an official teaser posted by the brand, the Nothing Phone (2) launch date is set to take place in the US and the UK this summer. The latest teaser appears to reveal the back of the device, which suggests a similar transparent design as the Nothing Phone (1).

What we know about the Nothing Phone 2
Nothing is yet to confirm other details about the Phone (2), although the teaser does reveal a RED LED indicator on the back. The Glyph Interface with the changing LED lights are also expected to make their return on the upcoming Nothing phone.
The official tweet also confirms that the Nothing Phone (2) will feature a 'premium' label. This further hints to the addition of a Snapdragon 8 series chipset, presumably the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
The tweet also reveals what appears to be a mute switch on the upcoming Nothing smartphone. Nothing has already set up a website for the Phone (2), where users can go and sign up to register their interest for the upcoming device.
Nothing Phone 2 Price in India (Expected)
The addition of the new Snapdragon 8 series chip will make the Phone (2) a solid upgrade over the Snapdragon 778G+ chip on the Phone (1). However, this upgrade may also come at a cost. The Nothing Phone (2) price in India could fall anywhere between Rs 40,000 and Rs 50,000.
For comparison, the Nothing Phone (1) price in India started from Rs 32,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model. However, since its launch, the Phone (1) has received multiple price cuts and a price hike, although it is currently available at Rs 29,499 through Flipkart.
