OnePlus 6 is expected to be launched in May, which is earlier than the June launch of the OnePlus 5 last year. As we are just a month away from the unveiling of the smartphone, the rumors and leaks regarding the smartphone have increased in number. Earlier this week, we came across a report, which revealed the pricing of the smartphone. It also suggested that the smartphone will arrive in three storage variants.
Now, a report by True-Tech, an Indian website has come up with the alleged Indian pricing of the OnePlus 6. Adhering to the previous report, this one also suggests that the smartphone will be launched in three storage variants. This report has a good track record as the same website revealed the pricing of the OnePlus 5T in India before its launch and the same happened to be correct.
As per the report, the OnePlus 6 is said to be launched in three variants - one with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage space priced between Rs. 33,999 and Rs. 36,999, the other with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space priced between Rs. 38,999 and Rs. 42,999 and the third one with 8GB RAM and a whopping 256GB of storage space priced between Rs. 44,999 and Rs. 48,999.
Besides the pricing and storage configuration, the report also reveals that the OnePlus Bullets Wireless headphones, which passed the Bluetooth certification will also be launched in India. The report also shows an image, which reveals that the OnePlus 6 could carry the model number OnePlus A6003. The image shows that the decision on the pricing of the three variants of the device is pending as on March 29.
From the recent official teasers shared by OnePlus, we got to know that the OnePlus 6 will arrive with support for gesture controls and that the Alert Slider on the smartphone will feature a new functionality to adjust the focus for the camera without touching the screen. A recently leaked real-life image of the smartphone confirmed the presence of the Snapdragon 845 SoC and the front design of the device.
Detailing on its specs, the OnePlus 6 is believed to arrive with a 6.28-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. Running Android 8.1 Oreo, the smartphone is said to feature a dual-camera setup at its rear with 16MP and 20MP sensors and a 3450mAh battery with the company's proprietary Dash Charging feature.
