Redmi K30 Display Teased Officially Ahead Of Launch

Redmi K30 is slated to be announced in the company's home market China on December 10. The device is said to be the world's first smartphone to get the power from a Snapdragon 765G chipset, which supports 5G connectivity. While we are a few days ahead of the launch of this smartphone, Redmi has released an official teaser revealing the display details.

As per the latest official teaser from Redmi regarding the upcoming smartphone, the Redmi K30 will arrive with a 6.67-inch display. This is relatively larger than the 6.39-inch display, which the Redmi K20 flaunts. As seen in the previously shared teasers, there will be a 4.38mm punch-hole cutout to house dual selfie camera sensors.

The latest official teaser from the company also shows that there could be an AG frosted glass on the Redmi K30 similar to that of the OnePlus 7T. A separate teaser image of the upcoming smartphones hints at the presence of a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a quad-camera arrangement with the sensors stacked vertically in a circular module.

Redmi K30 Expected Price

When it comes to the color options, the Redmi K30 has been teased to arrive in two color options - Red and Lavender with a frosted glass finish. The device is expected to be priced starting from 2000 RMB (approx. Rs. 20,400) for the 4G model. And, the Redmi K30 5G using Snapdragon 765G SoC is likely to be priced at RMB 2,500 (approx. Rs. 25,4000).

Going by the existing reports, the Redmi K30 4G is expected to draw the power from the Snapdragon 730G SoC and run Android 10 topped with MIUI 11. The device is likely to be powered by a 5000mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging support.

On the whole, the Redmi K30 is said to be the first one from the company to arrive with a 60MP camera sensor, 5G connectivity support, and 120Hz refresh rate. So, we can expect this smartphone to get a good reception among fans.
