Vivo X300 Ultra Launch in India Confirmed: Check Full Specifications and Expected Price
Vivo has officially confirmed that the X300 Ultra is coming to India. A new teaser shared by the company shows the phone with ZEISS branding and a “coming soon” tag, making it clear that the flagship is on its way to the Indian market.

While the teaser doesn’t reveal a launch date yet, it aligns with earlier reports suggesting that the India debut may not be too far away.
Launch Timeline And Price Expectations
A recent report suggests the Vivo X300 Ultra could launch in India on May 7, with sales potentially starting a week later. Vivo hasn’t confirmed this timeline yet, so for now, it remains based on early information.
In terms of pricing, the phone is expected to sit in the premium segment, with estimates suggesting a starting price under ₹1,60,000. For reference, it launched in China at CNY 6,999 (roughly ₹95,900).
Vivo X300 Ultra Specs
Since the Vivo X300 Ultra has already launched in China, its core specifications are already known.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and comes with up to 16GB of RAM. Storage goes up to 1TB on select variants.
On the front, it features a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Camera Remains The Key Focus
Vivo is clearly positioning the X300 Ultra as a camera-focused flagship. It comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 200MP primary sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera.
There’s also a 50MP front camera. The phone continues Vivo’s collaboration with ZEISS, which is also highlighted in the official teaser.
The Zeiss Camera Kit
One thing worth flagging for photography enthusiasts: the X300 Ultra is confirmed to launch with the upgraded Zeiss Teleconverter Kit, which was introduced alongside the China launch. Vivo also offers a "Big Gun" 400 teleconverter accessory that pushes the focal length to 400mm for stronger zoom reach.
Pricing for the Zeiss Camera Kit in India hasn't been confirmed, but given that the X300 and X300 Pro's less extensive kits start at ₹18,999, the Ultra's kit is expected to cost well above ₹30,000.
Battery And Other Details
The device packs a 7,000mAh battery and supports 100W wired charging along with 40W wireless charging.
With the India launch now officially teased, the remaining details, including exact pricing and availability, should become clearer soon.
