Buy Google Nexus 7 for Rs 17,690 in India
Google announced the Nexus 7 tablet in late June at the Google I/O conference. Initially, the tablet were announced only for the US, UK, Australian and Canadian markets. Earlier, we reported that Google and Asus will not launch the tablet in India until September. Google is yet to announce its plan for the Indian market.
However, there is good news for those consumers who cannot wait to own the tablet till its official launch. The tablet is exclusively available on ebay.in. The online shopping site is assuring that the it will deliver the device within 15 days from the date of booking. The site is also offering the 8 GB version for a price in India of Rs 17,690 and the 16 GB version for Rs 21,690.
The Nexus 7 tablet is equipped with a 1.3 GHz quad core Tegra 3 processor. It comes with a GeForce graphics processor and 1 GB RAM. Its 7 inch display has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The most attractive feature is the Android 4.1 Jellybean. The Nexus 7 tablet is the first device to feature the latest version of the Android operating system. However, the Nexus 7 has some shortcomings like the lack of a SIM card slot.
The 8 GB and 16 GB versions of Google Nexus 7 are priced at $199 (around Rs 11,000) and $249 (around Rs 13,500). The online shopping site is offering these tablets for an expensive price tag of Rs 17,690 and Rs 21,690.
