Wickedleak Launches Wammy Desire 3 Tablet With 3G Support at Rs 5,990

Just recently, one of the cheapest Android tablets has been launched in India by Wickedleak. Dubbed as Wammy Desire 3, the tablet is conspicuously priced at Rs. 5,990.

The Wickedleak Wammy Desire 3 tablet can be called as one of the cheapest voice-calling tablets with 3G support. With regards to the availability of the device, the company has announced that the tablet will be exclusively available via its official store.

Wickedleak Wammy Desire 3: Key Specifications

The Wickedleak Wammy Desire 3 tablet comes with 7-inch IPS display offering a resolution 1024x600 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8389 processor and Mali 400 GPU coupled with 1GB of RAM. The tablet runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS.

The Wickedleak Wammy Desire 3 houses 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.

In terms of imaging, the tablet sports a 2-megapixel rear camera, while there is a secondary 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera as well.

Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, and Bluetooth. Moreover, it is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) tablet that offers voice calling functionality as well.

The tablet packs a 3000mAh battery, which according to the company will deliver up to 5 hours of talk time and up to 168 hours of standby time.

Commenting on the launch, Aditya Mehta, CEO, Wickedleak said, "We are extremely happy and proud to launch Wickedleak Wammy Desire 3. We are targeting the masses by launching the tablet at a very affordable price. Gaming and watching videos will be a new experience for users with Wammy Desire 3."
