Apple WWDC has traditionally been an event for developers, where Apple revealed software features and new platforms intended for Apple devices such as iPhones, MacBook laptops, iPad, and others. In other words, it revolved around iOS, macOS, and iPadOS.

However, this year's Apple WWDC23 will reportedly have hardware announcements. Google recently held its Google I/O 2023 event, at which, it launched its first foldable smartphone, dubbed the Pixel Fold.

Apple will offer a live stream of the event on its official YouTube channel and other social media platforms. Our readers can click the Play button in the embedded video above to get notified about the event.

This year's WWDC23 event is at Apple Park headquarters in Cupertino, California. The keynote will commence on June 5th at 10 AM PDT (10:30 PM IST). The actual event should start on Tuesday, June 6, at 1:30 AM IST.

During the WWDC23 event, developers will be able to connect directly with Apple engineers and experts through one-on-one labs and activities in virtual workspaces on Slack. Developers will be able to seek guidance on building innovative and platform-differentiating apps and games, assured Apple.

This year, Apple may finally unveil its Virtual and Augmented reality headset, which is reportedly called "Reality Pro". It is tipped to be running xrOS, a new operating system that's designed and optimized for gaming and productivity.

Some of the other products that Apple may announce at WWDC23 could be the largest-ever MacBook Air with a 15-inch screen, two new Mac desktops, and refreshed MacBook Air, all running on iterations of the Apple M2 chipset.
