With the sales of Mi Band, Xiaomi has managed to hold the second place on the list of most sold wearables, according to IDC report. The report also reveals that the Chinese company has a market share of 24.6 percent in the wearable market.

The Xiaomi Mi Band is a fitness tracker that comes with an LED indicator, which shows about the battery charge of the device. The company claims that it can boots a battery life of 30 days. The Mi Band is IP67 certified that makes it water and dust proof to a certain extent.

It is rumored that Xiaomi is also planning to release a smartwatch this year, wich will sport a round dial similar to the Moto 360 design. On the other hand, the successor of Mi Band is also rumored to be feature an additional NFC chip.
