Intex Aqua Star HD 5.0 with 5-inch Display, Android KitKat Launched at Rs 6,999

Desi mobile manufacturer Intex has launched a budget mobile yet again under the Aqua series. Codenamed Intex Aqua HD 5.0, is now available on the e-retail store Flipkart.

On the other hand an upgraded version of the Aqua Y2 has been listed in thw Intex official website. Coming to the Intex Aqua HD 5.0, it has the same specifications like its predecessor, which is Intex Aqua Star HD.

Intex Aqua Star HD - Key Specifications

Intex Aqua Star HD, sports a 5-inch HD IPS OGS display with 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582V/X processor along with 1GB RAM. On the storage front, this Star HD has 8GB of internal memory, which can be expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

Coming to the imaging factor, this device has 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, 5MP front-facing camera. Aqua Star HD comes in a dimension of 9.9mm thickness and it is shipped with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

Intex Aqua Y2 - Key Specifications

Intex Aqua Y2, features a 4-inch WVGA IPS display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. Y2 is clocked at 1.2 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor along with 1GB RAM. Moving to the storage capacity, Aqua Y2 has 8GB of internal memory, with an expansion slot of up to 32GB via microSD card.

On the camera front, Y2 is equipped with 8MP rear camera with LED Flash, 2MP front-facing camera. Aqua Y2 comes in a dimension of about 9.0mm thickness, weighs around 101grams and shipped with Android 4.4 KitKat.

Aqua Y2, being a dual SIM smartphone, it supports connectivity options like 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and juiced with 1400mAh battery under the hood.
