Google Pixel Tablet debuts at I/O 2023 event with Tensor G2 SoC, Wireless Dock for $499
Google has officially unveiled a new Android tablet at I/O 2023 alongside the Pixel 7a and Pixel Fold. The Google Pixel Tablet features the flagship-grade Tensor G2 chip under the hood. However, the Pixel Tablet sits comfortably in the mid-range rather than the high-end tablet market.
The Pixel Tablet can also double as an Assistant Smart Display. Google Android Tablet comes with stylus pen support, a high-res display, quad stereo speakers, and has a pogo pin connector for the Charging Speaker Dock.

Google Pixel Tablet Price, Availability
The Google Pixel Tablet price is set at $499 (roughly Rs 40,900) for the base 8GB/128GB model, while the 12GB/256GB variant will set you back $599 (roughly Rs 49,100). The Charging Speaker Dock is also included with the Pixel Tablet.
The Pixel Tablet comes in Porcelain, Hazel, and Rose colours, while the Dock is available in Porcelain or Hazel shades. The Pixel Tablet pre-orders will open in 11 countries, including the US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Japan, and Australia, ahead of its global launch on June 20.
Google Pixel Tablet Specifications
The Pixel Tablet will be powered by the Tensor G2 SoC delivering flagship-grade performance. The chip will be paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Pixel Tablet runs stock Android 13 and will be upgraded to Android 14 later this year.
The Pixel Tablet sports a 10.95-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The panel has a peak brightness of 500 nits and will offer stylus support (USI 2.0 Stylus). Google says that over 50 of its own apps have been updated to support the Pixel Tablet's larger display.
On the back, the Pixel Tab opts for another 8 MP sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. Up front, the Pixel Tab has an 8 MP sensor with a fix f/2.0 aperture. The tablet's 27Wh battery is said to last around 12 hours and will support 18W fast charging.
Connectivity options on the Pixel Tab include Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6E, Google Cast, and more. Additionally, there are pogo pins on the back to enable dock functionality. Lastly, Google's upcoming Android tablet will also feature quad speakers and three microphones.
