How Does Flipkart’s Return Policy Works? 4 Things You Should Know
Ever since online shopping became mainstream, our shopping habits have changed drastically. We now prefer to buy things online rather than doing it the conventional way - visit a brick and mortar store and purchase products from there itself.
And only to give us more reasons to buy products online, e-commerce giants like Flipkart, Amazon, and Snapdeal frequently offer huge deals on various categories, thereby luring us to buy products online.

Having said that, online shopping also has a few disadvantages to it. In online shopping, unlike the conventional way, we won't get to see the product until we make a purchase. We've to totally rely on what's being displayed on the company's website and purchase goods.

Eligibility criteria
You can choose to return the product in case you've received a faulty product, unexpected colour, issues regarding size and fit etc.
Choose to exchange, replace, or refund
In case you've received a faulty product or want to return a product for some other reason you can opt to choose among these three options: exchange, replace or refund depending upon your requirement.
Return period
Flipkart has recently changed its returns policy. Previously you used to get a window of 30 days to exchange/return the product but now it's been reduced to 10 days once the delivery has been done. This is due to the fact that consumers often buy the products online and return them after using for three to four weeks, which results in huge losses for the e-commerce sites.
Is it okay if I've used the product for a day
As long as the product (smartphones or any other gadgets) is in undamaged condition, there should be no problem. (Make sure you format the device and logout from all your personal accounts in case you are returning a smartphone). Also. make sure to include all the accessories are sent back that came along with the product.
