FutureBuds Might Be First Of Many Apple AirPods Pro Ripoffs
FutureBuds truly wireless earbuds have made their way to India. The earbuds are designed and developed by HiFuture, an audio device brand which is foraying into the country for the first time. The FutureBuds are priced at Rs, 6,999 as part of the introductory offer. The truly wireless earbuds are believed to have beta tested by 1000 audiophiles across the world.
The FutureBuds are marketed by the Palace of Brands in India and will be available online via Amazon India and Flipkart. HiFuture says that a team of sound engineers has tuned the earbuds to achieve perfection in the sound output.
FutureBuds Earbuds Features
The FutureBuds are enabled with the usual controls and sensors found in the truly wireless earbuds today. The company notes the touch controls enable the user to play, pause, skip tracks, answer, and reject calls with a single touch. There is also support for voice assistant enhanced with the intuitive touchpad technology built in the earbuds.
Other features of the earbuds include a battery that claims to last up to six hours of playback time on a single charge. The average total battery life with the case if approximately 25 hours, HiFuture notes. The charging case packs 500 mAh of battery. The FutureBuds are available in two color variants, black and white with a year's warranty.
FutureBuds Earbuds: Designed Similar To Apple Earbuds
By the looks of it, the FutureBuds look very similar to recently launched Apple AirPods Pro. However, the higher-end Apple AirPods Pro is priced at Rs. 24,900 with features like enhanced noise-cancellation, which can detect external sounds and cancel them.
On the other hand, the FutureBuds is believed to feature four built-in high-definition mics and DSP technology, which supposedly delivers clear telephonic conversation even in crowded places. The FutureBuds also claim to have auto-activation of environmental noise cancellation, similar to the Apple AirPods Pro. However, its effective functioning remains questionable.
The FutureBuds also includes support for Google Assistant and Siri, along with gesture recognition, auto-pairing features. The FutureBuds are "ultra-lightweight" says HiFuture and comes with three sizes of the silicon ear-tips. The earbuds pack Bluetooth v5.0 technology and offer up to 10 meters of connectivity.
