Oppo K14x Chipset and India Price Range Tipped Ahead of Launch
We recently covered a teaser for an OPPO K-series phone a few days back, and a fresh detail has added some clarity to what’s coming next. The teaser microsite itself appears to reveal the phone’s name, pointing to the upcoming device being called the Oppo K14x.

That naming matters because it places the phone as the likely successor to the Oppo K13x, which debuted in India in June last year. And now, there are new leaks regarding the chipset and the price of the phone.
A Leak Adds One Key Detail
While OPPO hasn’t shared any hardware information, a new leak from 91Mobiles Hindi claims that the Oppo K14x 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset.
That’s notable because the same chipset was used in the Oppo K13x. If this leak is accurate, it suggests OPPO may not be changing the performance fundamentals this time around. Any real upgrades, if they exist, are likely to show up in other areas, though no additional specifications have leaked so far.
Expected Pricing
According to the same report, the Oppo K14x is expected to compete in the ₹15,000 price bracket in India. This would place it in a highly competitive segment, where buyers typically compare options closely across brands.
The phone is said to take on rivals like the Poco M8, Redmi Note 15, and Lava Agni 4. While this doesn’t confirm how the K14x will stack up, it does give a sense of the audience OPPO is targeting.
Stay Tuned
With the teaser now live and leaks starting to fill in the gaps, more details about the Oppo K14x should emerge soon. Until OPPO shares official information, it’s worth treating early reports with caution and waiting to see whether the company brings changes beyond the chipset this time around.
