If you have been rubbing your hands to get hold of an Android phablet boasting large screen display, but the low money denominations in your wallet is stopping you to buy a Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Dont Worry! Be Happy! As Indian market is now witnessing launch of some really exciting and heavyweight devices in the respective category, that too at a very affordable price.
Since 2012, the handset manufacturers have started jumping to the bandwagon of making phablet and now even a market research firm has claimed that Asia Pacific will be the world's biggest phablet market.
When it comes to new phablet offerings, Karbonn is in news these days for its Android 4.0 ICS based phablet - Smart A111, which has been spotted on a few online retailer sites at Rs 10,290. It is to be noted that the handset has not been officially released by Karbonn.
On the other hand, Wickedleak, also based in India and well known for its Wammy lineup of devices has launched a Jelly Bean phablet - Wammy Titan with a 5.5 inch display. The sleek handset comes with stylus support as well and hold a price tag of Rs 13,000.
Well, both the tablets are stunning look wise, hence its obvious for consumers to get confused on which device to go for. Consequently, Gizbot has come up with an elaborate spec comparison on the two devices to check out who will hold the supremacy in the battle of budget Android phablet in India. On the other hand, Karbonn Smart A111 packs a 5 inch multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display, which might have a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels or 960 x 540 pixels.
