Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2023 could take place in July: New foldables, tablets, smartwatches expected

Samsung is expected to host its annual August Galaxy Unpacked event ahead of time this year. Samsung hosts its annual Galaxy Unpacked event every August, where the South Korean tech giant has recently unveiled its foldable smartphones and Galaxy Watch model.

And this year is going to be more of the same with the company expected to announce the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Watch 6 series. However, the only difference here is that this year's Galaxy Unpacked event is expected to take place earlier than usual, in the final week of July.

Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2023: What to Expect

SamMobile recently reported that the next Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event will take place anywhere between July 25 - 27. Apart from the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 5, and Galaxy Watch 6 series, the tech giant could also unveil the Galaxy Tab S9 series and possible a new pair of earbuds at the event.

Despite the estimated end of July timeline, rumours about the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 have been flowing in since the start of the year. Moreover, reports have also been going around about a return of the 'Classic' version of the Galaxy Watch, so we could see a Galaxy Watch 6 Pro with the rotating physical bezel from the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.

Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series has also been in the news for a few months now. The Galaxy Tab S9 series is expected to include the Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9 Plus, and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. Samsung was also expected to release a foldable tablet this year, although it is unclear whether such a device will be ready in time.
